Universal Safeguarding


This course provides basic information on safeguarding.


Attendees will learn how to recognise child abuse more easily, know who to pass any concerns on to and what further action may be taken by other agencies.
  • What is Child Abuse?
  • Signs and Symptoms.
  • How to respond to suspicion or allegations.
  • What happens after a referral has been made?
  • Prevention and working together

£45 per person (WBC Schools)
£75 per person (Independent Schools / Academies / other organisations)

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received less than 1 week before the course start date will be charged 50% of the course fee


Compulsory for all staff who work in direct contact with children.
