Explore the nature of mindfulness
Aim: To explore the nature of mindfulness and have the opportunity to learn about and practice relaxation techniques and strategies for coping with life on a day to day basis - supporting oneself and being able to support children and young people. There are only 20 places on each day. We will respond to demand by adding additional days .
Cost: £60 per person
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the course start date will be charged 50% of the course fee plus any resources ordered.
